Quality Assurance

Top Quality Coatings is committed to excellence, demonstrated through our experienced and dedicated foremen maintaining daily communication, regular site visits, and maintenance of well-functioning equipment and tools. Our painters are trained to meet the specific requirements of each project, including substrate, preparation, and application. Each project has unique requirements with project specific challenges. Regardless of whether the project adheres to MPI Specifications, NACE Standards, or custom project-specific requirements, the TQC Management Team will collaborate to ensure the project is completed in a manner that meets or exceeds these standards and requirements.

Our approach to ensure quality results and long-lasting finishes follows our standardized processes:

1) Product selection

we carefully select the correct paint and coatings based on the project’s requirements, surface type, environmental conditions, and durability needs.

examine manufacturer specifications, technical data sheets, safety data sheets and application guidelines to ensure proper application conditions.

provide training on proper preparation, application techniques, drying times, reapplication time, with note to environmental considerations.

verify that all paint, primer, and application tools are in optimal condition for smooth application and to prevent defects.

Track progress during application, ensuring coverage, proper adhesion, and finish quality meet established standards.

conduct periodic and final inspections to confirm compliance, identify any inconsistencies and areas which need touch-ups.

Maintain detailed records of which products and materials used, application methods and inspection results.

gather client and team feedback, address concerns promptly and implement immediate corrective actions to improve future performance.

We Provide the Best Service in Industry

Our commitment then and now: delivering high-quality, on-time projects built to stand the test of time.

Corporate Sustainable Practices

Top Quality Coating’s paint recycling program returns unused paint to our warehouse for storage or recycling with solid and liquid waste, such as cardboard, wastewater, thinners, and solvents sorted for recycling. TQC updated all of our electric lift equipment with lithium-based batteries for longer lifespan, lower environmental impact and higher reliability.

Conclusion

We are confident that TQC possesses the necessary qualifications and expertise to collaborate effectively with NRD in creating specifications, developing a plan, and completing work within the 2025 exterior season.
